Rotation exercises

I'm old. I'm going through all the 'Grade' math to kp my brain active. I'm stuck at grade 8.

My problem is the rotation around a point exercises. the exercises give only scratchpad  to help solve the questions while the suggested help videos have the rotate tool avaialble.

I've tried using scratchpd to draw x nd y axes through the rotation point so as to be able to estimate the correct answer from the 4 offered, but that doesn't help much.

Any advice would be welcome - inclusing the rotate tool would be helpful.
