It's only hidden from the Hot List, a decision that I agree with. The program API no longer shows flags.

They almost certainly just hid it without sending a message. That's happened to me before. I don't know why they hid it though.

I've been having that issue recently sometimes. Somehow the KA devs made it so that saving a project results in error 406.

There's a "Help Requests" section under your project, you could ask a question there. There are many qualified people who look for new help requests and answer them.
