Oh, to add:  my path has been, roughly, Calculus, then Linear Algebra, then Multivariable Calculus.  No analysis.  So the book needs to be aimed at that level.

Yes, this would be great.  Especially more on differential equations (including PDE) as well as real and complex analysis.
