Sadly, you will not obtain Ramanujan. It was retired ~5 years ago. (during the Great Badge Retirement). I could have had many more badges if they weren't all retired.

I face the same issue, KA won't load. After clicking reload lots of times, finally I am able to  get my courses and progress and stuff. Still, not everything on the site loads, like the dates I ach...
