I agree, ACT content would be amazing as that's what I'm gonna take and don't plan on the SAT. The SAT is similar to the ACT, though, so you can go ahead and do the SAT practice if you wish. =)

I would assume because there is no medium, the medium does not slow it down. I really don't know.
Wow nice idea! Hopefully the Khan team will consider this. For now, it would work to simply screenshot the question. I do that a lot and then come back to them later.
Ooh, that's a great idea. I don't work for Khan Academy, but I'm sure they'll add this on their idea list. :)
