As far as I know, KA does not store which questions the learner answered, let alone which ones they got wrong.  It would be a terrific feature, but not one which I think KA has any infrastructure for.

I doubt it.  As far as I know, Khan Academy is not intended as anyone's main curriculum in any subject, but just as supplemental material.
