In the future, if you need to get the attention of Khan Academy staff, I recommend "Report a Problem"; as far as I can tell, the Support Community posts are checked irregularly if at all by KA staff.

I recommend making a screen shot showing that you cannot see the report, then using Report a Problem to let support staff know.  This is an issue that I have also had.
