Shift Functions Problem

Hi Hex,

I took a look at this problem and it looks like the answer is encoded correctly on our end. The shift of the graph should be 4 units to the right and 2 units down. This question is rather tricky though since the scale on the graph is 2 units per tick mark (not the typical 1 unit!), so you only shift the graph 2 ticks to the right and one tick down to achieve the correct result.
