Energy points statistics with charts for tracking progress; high school chemistry course just like the biology or physics one; customizable ad version (I would like to support Khan Academy but I can't donate).

G. Tarun Yeah, you’re right. Ads on Khan Academy would make no sense since it's a nonprofit company, but I just don't know how to support them financially (I saw their foundraising video on YouTube). The main problem is that the majority of Khan Academy audience is made of students who can't afford big donations.

Thanks, I hadn't seen the beta version of the high school chemistry course. I hope they'll release that quickly. :D
