I can't sign in to the "help" page on my other account

For some reason, when I try to sign in with my main account ( this is an alternative account you could say.) I always get directed to the "Why isn't my khan Academy account automatically linked to the support community?" Page even though I can't find it useful and my mom already verified the email. I can't seem to sign in. The problem only happens with this account but not with the one with my school account (this one). Though I can sign in to the the main page. How can I fix this?
