Teachers should help people with their questions when they comment

Are you meaning that there should be teachers who are responsible for helping every learner that posts a Question below a course video or article? 

Are you meaning that any teacher who has students using Khan Academy should answer any Question their student posts in their subject (such as a math teacher answering any math Question posted by a student in their algebra class)?

Are you meaning that any teacher who has a Khan Academy account should volunteer their free time to help those posting Questions in a subject the teacher understands?

or ... ?
