I would like to link my Khan Academy account with my Bunker Hill Community College coursework so that Khan Academy can support the subjects I am currently learning. My course at Bunker Hill is MAT-194-07.
Could you please advise how I can ensure that the material I study on Khan Academy aligns with the topics and content being taught in my course?

I doubt that anyone at Khan Academy is going to take the time to check how to align their content with the course work of a specific course at a specific community college. It's possible that someone at your college would be willing to do it.
Otherwise, I would look through the syllabus for the topics your course covers, then look through the Khan Academy courses to see which KA courses cover those topics.
If you post your course's syllabus, it's possible that a user here would be willing to help you do that.
