I cannot find the select project in the projects page so I can delete multiple projects.

As far as I know, there is no way to select multiple projects for deletion. You just have to open one project, delete it; open the next project, delete it; ...

(I've been programming JavaScript on KA on and off since 2014, and I don't remember ever being able to select multiple projects, though it's possible I've forgotten or there is a way I never knew about.)
