I don't know how to change my Profile Picture

I need some helps I cannot find where I change my profile picture can someone help me. I read someones responds to another persons some persons questions but I can not find what he said what my says is Learner home, Settings, Help, and Log out. When I went to Settings it didn't show where I change my profile picture and I went to Learner home and it didn't either. I am new to Khan Academy a week ago so I am still trying to figure out some stuff.

If you would like to change the profile picture of your account on the Help Center (where we are now), directions can be found in this thread here.

If you would like to change your avatar on Khan Academy, directions can be found here.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Same I just got the amount of points I need but it doesn't show me how to get the new picture.
