He is on the class list. He is unable to access his page. Logging in or signing up (using the class code) takes him back to the main page.

We tried three times.

I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue! Could you please submit a support ticket so that we can take a closer look at this problem?

In the description, please be sure to include the name of the class and the username of the student so that we are able to find the account.
