I appreciate the guidance mainly on base and topics, I am using a book for base and topics which covers everything but I want to complement it with khan academy to better grasp everything I believe.

This list you have above is like 10 years worth of math topics if you spend a couple hours a day at math.

KA is designed around mastery of a topic. My recommendation is start at the top and do the mastery challenge for each of them. If you score high, move to the next one. If you don't score high, start studying at that topic.

Steve Nelson, I thank you for the given opinion.
I believe it is a good idea what you proposed.
I disagree with 10 years worth of math topics.
I think for someone who is relentless mastering the topics in less than 3 years is achievable.
