Precalculus' Matrices unit has a programming error

I've encountered an issue where one of the exercises in Quiz 2 crashes everytime, even after refreshing. I'm not sure which one of the exercises it is, as it doesn't load much besides the matrix fill-in-the-blanks before crashing. It outputs the following error message:

[Error code: TypeError: Intl.NumberFormat(...).formatToParts is not a function]

Would a workaround for the meantime require editing the code in inspect element? And if so, what should I edit?

Are you still experiencing this issue? I tried looking through all of the problems and I'm not seeing any that aren't loading on my end.
