I got Winston by going to the computing section and clicking computer programming. Then I scrolled down and I clicked browse projects. You can click any one but I used "What's for dinner?"(you can make a spin-off of it and get baby Winston) then mess around with it and wait a day. After you wait a day come back and you get him. It worked for me and if it did not work for you Idk. Sorry if this was not helpful.
