Unable to locate required sections

I seem to be locked in the Teacher section of the website. I am a student for 4 years myself, now I am a home school teacher and also a parent. I need to access the parent section and the teacher section. I have typed in khanacademy.org but am always immediately redirected to /teacher.

I used Report a Problem to alert KA staff that the link at the bottom of the page above was broken. Their response included these instructions:

How to switch between Parent, Teacher, and Student views:
- Click your name (or avatar) in the top-right corner.
- Select the view you want: Learner Home, Teacher Dashboard, or Parent Dashboard from the dropdown.
