When retaking a unit test (Digital SAT: Math Unit 2: Foundations Algebra) for practice, I encountered 2/10 questions that were repeats from the first version of the test I took. This was not an issue I encountered on exercise sets (not just in this Digital SAT: Math course) even if I did several sets on the same topic. Thoughts?

Even if there were 1000 possible questions chosen randomly, there is still an 14.6% chance that you could get 1 repeat out of 10 questions. The chance of 2 repeats is smaller, but still non-zero. If tens of thousands of people take these tests, it is almost certain it will happen to someone.
