I have started a new class, and my students have logged in and entered my class....but their points from last year (and the previous teacher) have carried over. I wanted them to start fresh, so I could see progress with points, as well as thru the things I assign them. It has made assignments very confusing as they still had things from before.
How do I have a new class, and have them start with zero points?

Khan Academy is built on the cornerstones of hard work and mastery over time. EP (experience points) are the visual reminder of how hard they've worked, and it's not fair to ask them to start fresh when they've put in time and effort.
While I understand that it may annoy you, the best thing to do is assign the material like you do normally. If they remember it, their mastery will stay the same. If they've forgotten it, they'll have to go back and do it at least one other time to bring it back up. I guess I'm confused about why so many students are doing the same lessons two years in a row, if they understood it well enough to master it the first time.
