AP Chemistry and AP Chemistry Beta differences?

Hello, so it seems like AP Chemistry Beta is new but also under construction. It's been however, a while now since it first started, so I am wondering which one to take? I also plan on taking the AP exam in May. I would like to take the newer and improved course of course but does it cover enough materials?

Do the Beta first because it involves exercises. Then do the other one which is only videos. If you are serious about it, you will finish it soon both of them.
