It would be nice if there was the option to put a score you got on a physically printed SAT practice test into the khan academy program, that way if I "missed" a practice day because I was taking a physical exam it would still be counted towards my progress. And by physically printed exam I don't mean the official PSAT but a college board practice test from say the 2018 book if you don't have the most recent one.

There's not a direct way to input test scores from practice tests that you've done on paper, but there are a couple different workarounds:
If the exam you completed is a paper version of one of the practice exams on the Khan Academy practice test page, you can input your answers for each question and receive credit for taking the practice exam.
You can also use the College Board's SAT mobile app to scan and score your answer sheet. This will automatically import your score into Khan Academy's system as long as you have your College Board account linked to your Khan Academy account.
