Hi there,

I have collected all the mastery points for the Basic Geometry course, i have also completed too many times each and every challenge (including the course challenge) but the course doesn't get marked as completed.

Sorry to hear that! Your issue seems to be mostly about the Basic Geometry course. Perhaps that is why your message has not been answered. If it's still a problem and it is not mentioned under Technical issues, you can report it via the Report a problem button at the top of this page.
