Log in issues

That's odd, but I'll try to help.
It will show a large pencil doodling something. Click "Log In" below that. Then click the "Sign In" button, below the options for emails and Facebook. (This is for if you are signing up to KA, and you said your child already has an account). Then you type in the account's email or username, and it's password. If you can't find it, try going on the parent dashboard and changing their password/username through their settings.
