Unable to sign in using Google Account

My son has a Khan Academy account. His teacher wanted him to sign in using School assigned Google Account. He was unable to sign in using his Google Account password. He is also unable to sign in when he enters his Khan Academy Account. He is already behind as he was unable to sign in and work on his assignments. Help!
