Cannot set class content higher than Grade 8

I'm not a Support Advocate, but I think this might help:

Perhaps you should shouldn't be on the "Learner" mode. In addition, check your settings and the Child's settings to make sure that the birth dates and other information is correct. Lastly, make sure that your child is hooked up to have you as a Coach so that you can be sure that you're monitoring their progress.

I know (from having other accounts that I monitor) that through the Teacher/Coach dashboard, you can add classes for any of your kids to take as long as they're hooked up to you.

Thanks for your suggestions. I went through all your ideas but none worked....

In lieu of grade level classes, I'll see if I can add individual subjects by area and compare content to curriculum to match grade level - hopefully

Hi Colin,

The course organization on the English site is currently based on the U.S. school system, so after the 8th grade course there are no longer courses labeled by the grade level. In the U.S., most students begin high school after 8th grade, and will then take Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, and Precalculus throughout grades 9-12. If you're wanting to assign content to your older child, I suggest looking at those four courses.
