Add ability to pick the level you want to answer questions in

The SAT practice questions don't come in different levels, all of the questions are relatively the same difficulty. The level indicates how well you know the topic or skill. If you get questions wrong, your skill level goes down. If you get the questions right, your skill level goes up.
