I would like to see a feature that allows you to either a) review past incorrect answers and see the solutions to incorrect answers or b) go through the questions that have been answered AFTER you have completed the exercise or moved past the question.
i.e. Either a "challenge" that repeats all incorrect questions in a lesson or allows you to go back through the quiz and see your answers and the solution(s).
This is a great suggestion, and the review feature is indeed one of my favourite from the erstwhile paper SAT Practice! The repeating incorrect ones challenge is precisely what Duolingo does.
But on KA, the exercise algorithm also seems to emphasise skill over getting a particular question right, so you see different individual questions on the same skill rather than the exact same question—for most courses with vast question libraries (e.g. Math, Science, etc). The algorithm could perhaps be trained to reinforce those questions one got wrong over those one did get right, within a practice task (e.g. exercise).
Even right now, the mastery system is marvellous, engaging, and tremendously useful, but the improvements you suggest would refine it more!
