I watched one, and the option was there. I think it was a specific video or series of videos that never had the option added. There's nothing wrong with your account either. I don't see why you would need to speed them up anyways.
No it's working now, I think they just changed it, because the option used to be directly on the video and now its on the bottom in a separate box, so I guess I'm just dumb and couldn't figure it out. Thanks.
