Feature Suggestion

I think it would be helpful if there was a special feature that allowed you to type notes for yourself after you review that would be saved whenever you go over the wrong answers. 

Also, is there a feature that can automatically filter the right answers out so that I can see the wrong answers for the test sat practice?

I have been trying to log in and track all my wrong answers on the Khan Academy.
