Hvordan kan vi hjælpe?

On the dashboard, I can click on and view my PSAT scores. For some reason it is asking me to take the diagnostic tests instead of using those scores to tailor my practice. Do I need to do something additional?

Hi, Ian! Can you try this:

1) Log in to Khan Academy and visit https://www.khanacademy.org/settings/account#cb-link-settings. Click "Disconnect from College Board".

2) Log out from Khan Academy.

3) Visit www.collegeboard.org and log in to your account there. Are you able to see your scores?

4) If you can see your scores, log in to Khan Academy, go to www.khanacademy.org/mission/sat and click "Sign in to CollegeBoard.org".

You should then get a short loading animation and your SAT or PSAT scores should appear on Khan Academy. You should also receive practice recommendations in the "Practice" tab for specific skills you missed on the real test.
