Unable to link child's account

I'm trying to link my child's account to my account. She has one - I have one. I go through the steps under my account to link. It indicates that it's sending the email to link - but she doesn't get the email. I've checked junk/spam and it's not there. Any suggestions?

If you're still having issue with this, could you please submit a support ticket so we can take a closer look at the issue? One of our support agents can manually link the accounts for you if needed.
