I have students in my class that were enrolled in a different district last year, so they are having issues logging in to Khan (we go through Clever). Do they need to create a new account within Khan or what suggestion do you have?

I am pretty sure that you would have to crate a new account in Khan.

Depending on some particulars of the situation, we may be able to update their existing account to use the Clever login for your district. Could you please submit a support ticket so that we can take a closer look at this?

Please be sure to include the email address or username of their existing account in your ticket description.
