Add courses from multiple languages in the learner's home

Hello,
I'm a Brazilian Portuguese native speaker who uses Khan Academy in English to study Math, English Grammar and World History. However, there's a course for Portuguese grammar at the Portuguese version of the website that it would be nice to take without having to change the language of my account,
