vote/comment bots

Recently a couple of programs have received massive amounts of votes, comments, and/or Tip&Thanks. All of the comments and tips and thanks are from accounts with nothing but one or two spam comments trying to have you join some discord server. The accounts all seem to have randomly generated names and seem to be created recently.

Here are the programs I have found to be affected.

• Minekhan received 14000+ votes, 1000+ comments on multiple Tip&Thank, and one Tip&Thank has 5000+ votes. Link: https://www.khanacademy.org/computer-programming/minekhan/5647155001376768

I would suggest disabling all comments/votes/Tip&Thanks temporarily because me and many other people have received hundreds of spam notifications. Please if you can return the affected programs back to their original amount of votes.
