Can someone help me?
I have this math problem which goes like this, I think I solved it but I’m not really 100% sure.

will everything are looks great some one answer are errors on blow in a hit check in through again over 24x7 and some other amazing job . check over making sure see on calculator some error on answer . keeping it up and keep learning . May Lord Jesus Christ bless you.
Hi Reyna.
Sorry but you are not correct. Here is my solution:
Let's use L for the number of Jill's marbles.
Let's use K for the number of Jack's marbles.
From the statement of the problem we can write down two simple equations:
L = 4/7 x K (Jill has four-sevenths the number held by Jack)
L = K - 36 (When Jack gave Jill 36 they had the same)
The answer to part (a) of the question in simply 36!
Part (b) can be answered by using the two equations. This is usually referred to as "simultaneous equations".
We can substitute K - 36 in place of L in the first equation to get:
K - 36 = (4K)/7
Solve for K to get K = 84.
Then use the second equation to determine L:
L = K - 36 therefore L = 84 - 36 = 48
So Jill had 48 and Jack had 84.
I hope this helps!!
The skill here is to carefully read the question. Then try to write down any mathematical "facts" that are stated in the question. Problems like this where you have to determine two (or more) quantities given some facts nearly always become "simultaneous equations".
