Bio not changing.

Hi Leander,

My guess is that our system is considering your updated bio to be spam and is thus refusing to complete the update request. Does it allow you to change your bio to something else?

I've been having similar problems! It doesn't let me change my bio to certain things. I was trying to put a quote from Shakespeare or something as part of my bio along and it didn't let me. :)

What topics for a bio would be considered spam and how does khan detect it? Are there certain keywords?

Hi Lucy,

After taking a closer look at this, I was able to determine that the character limit for user bios was decreased from 160 characters to 100 characters. The user interface still says the limit is 160 characters, but if you save anything longer than 100 characters the change will not be processed.

I'm not sure whether this was an intentional change or not, but I will check into this further and get back to you!
