Student has a teacher account

Hello,

When you say there is no active email associated with the accounts, do you mean the email was lost and you don't have access to it? Or that there literally is no email linked to the account? If the account has no email linked to it, try using the email associated with the student account. If that doesn't work, log in to the student account and go to settings. Scroll down to Roles.

Make sure both boxes are unchecked.

If you mean that access to the email was lost, then you can submit a support ticket for further assistance in recovering the account.
