Content Update: New High school physics course, expanded science AP/College courses, and more!
Hi everyone,
We’re excited to announce several updates to Khan Academy science!
First, we have a new course: High school physics. It has videos, articles, and practice, including course mastery, covering key topics. Use it to get a head start on your high school physics class, for support along the way, or to brush up before you take more advanced physics courses. (Note: You should know that this course and our AP/College Physics 1 course have a lot in common. Choose the one that seems best for where you’re at.)
Next, we’re thrilled to tell you about updates to our AP/College Biology and AP/College Chemistry beta courses (what’s AP Chemistry beta? Learn more here). We’ve added new exercises for both courses, with even more coming soon. Our AP/College Computer Science Principles course also has a new lesson about machine learning and bias.
Finally, we want to introduce our Biology library, Chemistry library, and Physics library. These collections of material were previously named Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. The new names let you know that they are the place to go to browse for videos, articles, and practice on topics within those subjects. Take a look around and see what you’d like to explore today!
Happy Learning,
Desirée Stanley
