How to add a child's account when the child does not have an email.

Because you are setting up an account for your child, they will not need to add their email - it should all be under your own account. You will have access to all of their settings and preferences.
If you wish to access these settings, go to your parent dashboard, and you should see a list of all the children you have 'attached' to your account. To the right side of the page, there should be a button that says 'Edit Settings' for each child. Select the one that you wish to change and you will be taken to their settings page. Again, it is a child account, so you won't be able to add their own email, but you can change the email of the parent/guardian.

Hi again. The problem is he's not showing up on my parent dashboard, even though when he's logged in, my email address is attached as parent.
Interesting. Did your child recently turn 13, or could their age have been adjusted so they would appear to be 13 or older in the KA systems? If so, the account would have been changed from a child-account, resulting in their full control over the account. If this is the case, they may not appear in your dashboard.

I signed him up this morning using his gamertag Sky8Lad3. His birthdate is ---. My email address is linked to his account as a parent.
However, his account is not appearing on my parent dashboard and I can't figure out how to add him. I've followed the instructions but to no avail.
There are two other options I can offer you.
The first would be to submit a Support Ticket, in which someone with the tools to look into this further would be able to help you out. I think this would be the best option if your situation isn't urgent, as the team is currently prioritizing the more urgent requests due to the increased traffic of online schooling methods.
Another option that’s recently opened up for people who need help getting started with Khan Academy or have general questions about the site would be available as well:
Khan Academy has a partnership with NWEA (another education organization), and some of their employees have graciously volunteered their time to help people out during this time. However, these volunteers are not Khan Academy support experts, and they don’t have access to support tools. That said, they do have some experience using Khan Academy and can help you find an answer to your question or walk you through situations that you might be finding confusing.

I can confirm that I have the same setup: kids (not 13 any time soon) accounts without emails, assigned to parent emai.
Same issue: kids are not showing up in parents dashboard and no way to add them.
Again, I'm going to have to refer you to one of the two final options I gave above. I apologize for not being able to directly solve these problems.
