Content Update: February 2020 (New content in Art, AP US Government, Careers, and Math!)

I know March was a busy month for you in many ways, but I didn't see an equivalent message like this for March that would have been posted in April. I did see some about beta courses - ELA, AP Chemistry, World History, etc., but I'm more interested in older courses I've already been through, such as Algebra II, so I can go back in and get caught up.

I realize that, to save time and other resources, you may have already planned to combine multiple months with a posting in May or later.

Hi Regina, that's exactly it! Because we had an extremely busy March with school closures, March and April Content Updates will come out together (hopefully in a couple of days when the list is finalized), and then hopefully the content updates will come out as normal in the future. :) 

Unless I missed something, your period of being extremely busy kept you from posting the March and April content updates in May. So I guess I need to eventually look for a post of three months of updates some time in June.

If you can spare a few minutes, can you please let me know now if the following two videos were added in March, April, or May of this year and if there are any other new videos, articles, or exercises in Chemistry? I noticed that these two are not marked complete for me although I went through this playlist already. I realize that I may have just forgotten to watch them.

Chemistry -> Electronic structure of atoms -> Electron configurations -> Shells, subshells, and orbitals

Chemistry -> Electronic structure of atoms -> Electron configurations -> Introduction to electron configurations

Both of these videos are in the "old" AP Chemistry course under the same hierarchy (Electronic structure of atoms -> Electron configurations).

It looks like these types of updates are now being posted on the following page, which I only just discovered yesterday:

However, no entry appears for either March 2020 or May 2020. Ironically, June is almost half over, and there's already an entry for it. I did look at the April and June entires, but no Chemistry courses were shown there. Can someone from Khan Academy please let me know if these were new in March or May (or April, if the one marked March on that page is actually the new February stuff)?

Also, I wish you would still put the content updates here in the Support Community as you had been doing for so long. Even that page whose link I just posted doesn't go back as far as this section's does,, and it would be nice to have them in one place. Thanks.

Hi Regina! Faile here again. I love that you’ve kept so engaged with our content, and really appreciate your check-ins. To be completely honest, it’s been a busy and difficult few months, and I’ve had my hands full with tasks (including making sure updates that affect mastery are announced in the Content Updates section that you mentioned!) that have forced me to temporarily put these updates on the back-burner. I’d like to try to catch up on these as soon as I’m able, and haven’t abandoned them! :)
