How do you make a collaboration on a program, so two people with different Khan Academy accounts won't have to make a new account?

There's not really a way for two people to edit a program without sharing an account. However, one person could make a spin-off of the program. You can then work separately in the original and spin-off versions, and then combine the two versions periodically.
