Adult Math learner - going by grade vs reviewing all content

Hi there,

Adult learner here looking for the best approach to review Algebra from scratch. I've been going through the modules by Grade (Algebra basics, etc) but recently found the `All Algebra` content - https://www.khanacademy.org/math/algebra-home

Wondering what would be the best `from scratch` approach? The `all content` section seems to be an in-depth review of all topics, but wondering if those are structured on a mastery-basis (as in: each section builds upon the previous) or if it is better to stick with the `by grade` structure (e.g. algebra basics, algebra 1, algebra 2, etc).
