Shortening Links on Zendesk

Yep! When you go to type, you should see this at the top of your textbox:

The icon on the far right is for inserting and editing links. When you've typed your text, highlight the part you want to add a link to, and click that icon. Copy and paste the link url into that box, and hit OK

(Tip: make sure to double-check that your link has been saved and parts haven't been cut off- I've noticed that on links from Zendesk after I click OK, sometimes it only shows half the link).
