[READ FIRST] 5 Feedback Guidelines
Акцентирани
Welcome, and thanks for participating in the early access beta program for Khan Academy Official Praxis Core Prep!
Post any and all thoughts, questions, or feedback—including on things you really liked—in this forum.
To help us and future test takers, we ask that you follow these 5 guidelines:
- Check if there's already a similar post, known issue, or FAQ item. If yes, upvote or comment on the existing post -- please don't make a new one! We'll prioritize responding to posts with more upvotes/comments. Please note that to keep things organized, we may need to move related posts to an existing thread or remove duplicate posts.
- Prefix all your posts with type labels. Add [question] before questions, [bug] before bug reports, [feature] before feature requests, [comment] before general comment posts, [content issue] before content corrections/suggestions. Ex. "[bug] Writing Practice Test #2's essay isn't loading." As above, please note that we'll edit post titles to include these labels to keep conversations running smoothly.
- Include specific descriptions and screenshots. Details and visuals (the more specific the better!) will help us better help you! Here are instructions for taking screenshots on Mac OS X, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, iPhone or iPad, Android Phone or Tablet.
- Help each other out. If someone else has posted a question or comment you can help with, feel free to respond directly! No need to wait for a Khan employee.
- Be courteous! This should be self-explanatory. :)
Khan employees will try to address questions and bugs as soon as possible, again prioritizing those that have more upvotes/comments. Keeping with our business hours, we likely won't be able to respond to forum posts on weekends.
Thanks again — your feedback will help make this product much better for future Praxis Core test takers, and help them more easily succeed on their exams!
