What is the Point for Energy Points?

Hi Jacob,

Users can earn energy points by watching videos, completing exercises, and earning badges. If you work hard and complete a lot of content, you can earn a lot of energy points (which is why some users have over a million!).

The energy points are used to unlock some of the avatars and backgrounds that are shown on your profile. Beyond that they are simply a way to indicate your dedication and progress.
