How to activate again my Khanmigo

Hello, I am a teacher from the Philippines. Khan academy was introduced to us and the khanmigo. I was able to access the khamigo as I registered. But after joining the class on PISA which we are task to join, I can no longer access the khanmigo. I had already sent my query through messenger, and I was happy for the response telling me to just unenroll the class and course I had on my account. But right now, I don't know how to unenroll. Can you help me navitage since Khanmigo is a great help for me as a teacher. Thank you!
