The High School Biology course is a comprehensive course aligned to the NGSS set of standards. If you're wanting a resource to supplement/replace classroom learning, then this would be the best option.

We use the "All Content" courses as a sort of catch-all for each subject area, so these courses have very similar content to the main versions but with some additional content that doesn't fit as well into the curriculum flow. These courses can also sometimes contain old versions of content that has been kept so existing teacher assignments are not impacted, but that has been replaced in the main version of the course. For the vast majority of use-cases, we recommend using the High School labeled courses instead.
