If you want you could a string comparision. E.g. typing: "Hello" == 'hello' will return false

In order words "Hello" and "hello" are treated differently in Python.

So I don't think your idea will be good.

cossine I don't see how that affects anything. 

print("Hello")

and

print("hello")

are both handled the same, the only difference being the capitalization.

@Electric Doplphin, I have already given an example where the results will be different. There are more complicated scenarios where the difference will matter like when working dataframes and logical indexing.

What you are trying to do is go against the design of Python.
